This 5,283-acre state park located in Bedminster and Haycock Townships in northern Bucks County is a popular spot for hiking, boating, fishing, and horseback riding. Lake Nockamixon is an artificial reservoir formed by a dam on Tohickon Creek. Although swimming is not allowed, boating and fishing are popular. Lake Nockamixon is home to many types of fish including largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, pike, muskellunge, and catfish. 

Ringing Rocks County Park

Located in Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, Ringing Rocks County Park is a 123-acre boulder field and waterfall. Take a trip with the family and see over ten-foot-high rock piles that make ringing sounds when struck with a hammer. This park is open from sunrise to sunset and is a great place to hike and have a picnic.
